Stangwrach Cottage and Ash Tree Lodge

View of Stangwrach Cottage

Stangwrach Cottage is situated about 200 metres from the Farmer's Arms, on the road to Capel Isaac.

Stangwrach cottage nestles in a Welsh hillside set in the Towy valley, surrounded by beautiful views and gardens. Stangwrach itself, dating back to the 15th century, was rebuilt from a derelict state in 1979.

The attached barn, as it used to be, has been converted into a well-furnished homely cottage sleeping 4, whilst still maintaining its character. This is an ideal location for walkers, photographers and birdwatchers. Ideal for visiting the Brecon Beacons, mountain bike trails in Brechfa Forest, fishing on the river Towy or Cothi, visiting castles, and exploring the rural coastline; or just to enjoy the rest.

The newly-converted Ash Tree Lodge (formerly a carpenters workshop) has accomodation for 8, ideal for a large family or group of friends.
